Software License Agreement 04/26/2004

HQuote Pro(The Downloader) is shareware. This means:

1. Anyone may use this software during a test(trial) period of 30 days for free. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use The Downloader, you MUST register. Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You should find software that suits your needs and pocketbook, whether it''s commercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes fitting your needs easier, because you can try before you buy.

2. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use The Downloader on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered The Downloader software as well as registration keys may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

3. To register you must fill out the on-line registration form and send it along with one time registration fee. For more information please visit our Web site at http://www.hquotes.com.

5. The Downloader IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELECTING THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF, USE OF, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE AND(OR) ANY KIND OF DATA DERIVED.

6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

7. HQuotes.com reserves the right to change the price of the program or any service without prior notice. HQuotes.com does not refund the purchases of shareware programs which have trial period of more than 21 days. In other words, you understand and agree that once purchased, you can''t request refund for licensing fee.

8. If at any time Quote.com or Yahoo or any other free quotes source used in The Downloader stops to provide the data for free, HQuotes.com will not be liable for the program stops to work. In such case HQuotes.com will not refund your The Downloader purchase neither.

9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove The Downloader files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
